Teaching psychiatric nurse practitioner students has become one of the most rewarding parts of my professional life.

Across thousands of clinical training hours, I have had the privilege of teaching and supervising more than forty trainees. I am proud of the clinicians they are becoming—and of the clinicians many have already become.
